We’re building an affordable web solution for new birth workers

I noticed a growing need for healthcare professionals to have a stronger digital presence, as many struggled to grow their practices despite their incredible expertise and care. That’s why my wife Lynn and I launched Birth Creative, a web agency designed specifically to support doulas, midwives, and independent healthcare professionals. With my 15+ years in business and marketing and Lynn’s firsthand experience as a doula, we understood the challenges these caregivers face. I developed a 14-day solution to create custom, affordable websites with personalized content, SEO foundations, and essential business tools, so you can focus on your passion—providing exceptional care—while I handle the digital foundation to help you thrive.

I made a podcast for fun: Chad & Dad

I’m excited to announce that I’ve started a podcast called Chad & Dad with my friend Artha, where we explore various topics through our contrasting perspectives—Artha as a single “Chad” and me as a family-oriented dad. Our journey began at BlackboxMyCar, where Artha’s creativity helped us produce engaging product videos, and now we’re channeling that energy into relaxed and fun conversations. In our premier episode, we compare the experiences of running and traveling as a single guy versus a dad, and while we know it’s just the beginning, we’re committed to posting weekly and growing from there. Chad & Dad is all about sharing laughs and authentic discussions rather than giving advice, and I truly value the creativity and freedom this project offers. I’d love your feedback and suggestions, so please check out our first episode linked below—I hope you enjoy it and stick around for what’s to come! My takeaway from “Atomic Habits”

In Atomic Habits, James Clear emphasizes the power of small, consistent changes, which resonates with my journey toward personal and professional growth. Listening to the audiobook during my runs has inspired me to focus on 1% improvements each day, reminding me that these incremental changes can lead to significant outcomes over time. As I work to create a nurturing environment for my daughter, I’d love to hear about the insights you’ve gained from your own reading. Let’s connect and share our experiences on this journey of self-discovery!

We judge others by their actions but ourselves by our intentions

In a world where time is scarce, I often turn to audiobooks as a source of learning. One of the most impactful has been Stephen Covey’s “The Speed of Trust: The One Thing that Changes Everything”, which compelled me to question my hasty judgment of others and my own self-exonerating intentions. This introspection sparked significant shifts in my personal and professional life, especially in my managerial style, replacing snap judgments with understanding, fostering open communication, and valuing growth. The result was a boost in team morale, enhanced work quality, and stronger relationships built on trust and understanding.
